Finance Director

About the role

Sana Commerce is seeking a Finance Director to lead its finance function across a multi‑entity SaaS environment. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, ensuring robust financial planning, performance analysis, cash management, and reporting while supporting the company’s rapid growth in B2B commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute financial strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on key decisions, providing financial analysis and recommendations.
• Own the finance technology stack, driving system strategy, automation, data integrity, and AI‑enabled process improvements.
• Maintain governance, controls, and compliance across all entities, including audit, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Directly manage core finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, reporting, tax) and step into priority issues as needed.
• Oversee group tax compliance, transfer pricing, and holding company financial support.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance functions in a SaaS or multi‑entity environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement finance technology and automation initiatives.
