Finance Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our finance function in the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to senior executive management, you will shape financial strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that support growth and long‑term objectives.
• Prepare and present financial reports, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Manage cash flow, treasury activities, financial controls, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Oversee annual budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, investments, and other strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing finance and accounting teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Extensive senior finance leadership experience (Finance Director, Head of Finance, Financial Controller, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, taxation, auditing, and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
