Finance Executive – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Executive to support and oversee finance activities across our UK and UAE operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will maintain accurate financial records, produce management information and manage debt while supporting month‑end and year‑end processes.

Key responsibilities

• Create and present monthly management reports for the group.
• Review bank reconciliations for UK and UAE entities.
• Support preparation and review of monthly management accounts.
• Maintain bookkeeping records using Xero.
• Review sales invoices for accuracy and correct treatment.
• Validate employee expense claims and supporting documentation.
• Prepare accounts payable and outstanding liabilities reports.
• Manage aged debt, credit control and customer payment follow‑up.
• Monitor cash movements, outstanding balances and payment deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
• Assist the CFO with month‑end and year‑end close activities, audit requests and statutory filings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of finance experience (36 months).
• Proven ability to create monthly management reports.
• Strong practical experience with Xero bookkeeping.
• Experience in debt management, credit control and collections.
• Ability to work across multiple entities and report to senior finance leadership.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
