Finance & Insurance Manager

About the role

We are building a pool of Finance & Insurance Managers to drive performance across the UAE. The role focuses on delivering finance, insurance, leasing and value‑added product solutions while ensuring a transparent, compliant and customer‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive F&I sales performance and achieve income and revenue targets.
• Present and recommend suitable financial solutions based on individual customer requirements.
• Support the sales team in maximizing new and used vehicle sales opportunities.
• Work closely with partner banks and finance providers to support customer financing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, anti‑money‑laundering and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong commercial and sales mindset with experience in finance & insurance within a sales environment.
• Excellent customer engagement, influencing and presentation abilities.
• Ability to coach sales executives on F&I products and processes.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of finance & insurance processes, products and systems.
• Understanding of KYC, banking compliance and both conventional and Islamic finance products.
• Good quantitative, analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
