Finance Lead

About the role

The Finance Lead will join WYLD’s Dubai team to oversee all financial operations and support strategic decision‑making. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for accurate budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cash‑flow management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and control annual budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and review financial statements in line with reporting standards.
• Analyse financial performance, produce management reports and present insights to senior leadership.
• Monitor cash flow, review accounting entries and ensure timely financial close.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and coordinate audits.
• Liaise with external partners such as auditors and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise costs and profitability.
• Contribute to long‑term financial planning and assess the financial impact of new initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong finance and accounting background with experience in budgeting, forecasting and general‑ledger management.
• Ability to prepare, interpret and review financial statements and a solid understanding of financial reporting standards.
• Analytical mindset for evaluating performance trends and supporting data‑driven decisions.
• Clear, professional communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; CPA, ACCA or CFA preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or a similar service‑driven industry and familiarity with regional regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities and maintain high integrity and attention to detail.
