Finance Manager - FP&A, Corporate Services

About the role

Al-Futtaim, a diversified regional group headquartered in Dubai, is looking for a Finance Manager for its Corporate Division. The role leads Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and acts as a finance business partner, covering budget preparation, forecasting, management reporting, cost allocations and performance insights. It works closely with Group Finance, business divisions and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for the Corporate and GTDP function, consolidate divisional inputs, align plans with Group strategy and keep forecast accuracy within an agreed tolerance (e.g. 5% of actuals)
• Complete cost allocations using the approved model and improve the model
• Deliver monthly MIS and P&L reporting, variance analysis and monthly MIS and CFO/CTO dashboards, including automated, self-service dashboards
• Prepare bi-weekly cash flow forecasts and analyse variances between forecast and actual cash movements
• Analyse cost drivers and profitability, drive cost optimisation and margin improvement, and improve recovery and utilisation rates
• Improve and automate planning and reporting processes using SAP, Power BI and data platforms, reducing reporting cycle time
• Act as a finance business partner: hold regular business reviews and give actionable insights to leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in financial control and management
• Hands-on experience with SAP (FICO/BPC/SAC), Power BI and advanced Excel
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
