Finance Manager – FP&A

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A activities for its Jebel Ali operations. The role will provide robust financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decisions across finance, operations, sales, and HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate monthly MIS, financial reports and management packs, highlighting performance, trends and key variances.
• Develop financial and MIS models for cost‑neutral pricing, intercompany rates, customer profitability and third‑party analysis.
• Support feasibility studies, business cases and financial evaluations for expansion projects and commercial initiatives.
• Monitor operational and financial KPIs, identify anomalies and provide analysis for corrective actions.
• Prepare CAPEX and AFE requests in coordination with operations, ensuring compliance with group policies.
• Review contracts, SLAs, customer profitability and divisional performance to improve profitability.
• Guide teams on VAT and tax compliance across sales and purchase transactions and maintain related records.
• Assist with quarterly and annual tax return submissions, audits and provide VAT training to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Strong background in conducting feasibility studies and commercial financial analysis.
• Experience with VAT and tax compliance in a corporate environment.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and senior management.
