Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead finance operations for a fast‑growing retail and entertainment business in Abu Dhabi. The role will oversee end‑to‑end accounting, budgeting and strategic financial planning across multiple outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end finance and accounting operations across multiple outlets.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow, compliance, and internal controls.
• Partner with business leaders to improve profitability and support strategic decision‑making.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while driving operational excellence and process improvements.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of Finance & Accounting experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Finance Manager or equivalent managerial role.
• Experience managing 10–15 retail outlets or business units.
• Proven experience leading a team of 5–10 finance professionals.
• Strong background in retail is highly preferred; experience in entertainment, gaming, FEC, leisure, hypermarkets, supermarkets, or multi‑branch retail chains is welcomed.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CIMA are an added advantage but not mandatory.
• UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.
