Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of a fast‑growing technology company in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow management and ensuring regulatory compliance to support strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, expenses and profitability.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and financial procedures.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and the general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, IFRS and other regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisers and regulatory authorities.
• Review financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and track actual results against budgets.
• Supervise credit control, collection of receivables and identify financial risks.
• Develop and mentor the finance and accounting team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or CIMA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of finance experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT and corporate tax.
• UAE experience is preferred.
