Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the finance function across 17 Business Units in nine Middle Eastern countries, supporting three distinct Business Lines and providing financial insight to operational leaders. This position combines regional financial leadership, operational influence, and business partnering within a leading international engineering and construction group.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial activities, project accounting, and cash‑flow management for multiple entities and currencies.
• Coordinate taxation, banking, compliance, audit and reporting across various jurisdictions.
• Lead and develop a multicultural finance team of 10‑12 professionals dispersed across the region.
• Manage contract administration, payment terms, guarantees, joint ventures and collections.
• Deliver financial analysis and performance insights to support profitability and strategic decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement through digitalisation, reporting automation and finance process enhancements.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 15 years of finance and accounting management experience, including at least 5 years of international taxation, audit, transfer pricing and treasury exposure.
• Proven experience managing multi‑entity, multi‑currency reporting within an international group.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, audit processes and group reporting standards.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
