Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee day‑to‑day financial aspects of a large‑scale programme, focusing on planning, budgeting, forecasting and monitoring to provide strategic insights for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial plans aligned with programme goals, conduct analysis and forecasts, and monitor KPIs and KRIs.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports and management packs, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support internal and external audits.
• Allocate financial resources efficiently, control expenditures, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Monitor programme cash flows, manage payments, and perform regular reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Contract/Vendor Manager on vendor financials and ensure contractual obligations align with the approved budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management/FP&A in a managerial role, preferably within large transformation programmes or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent English communication, and effective negotiation skills.
