Finance Manager – Middle East Region

About the role

As Finance Manager for the Middle East region, you will lead the finance function across a diverse portfolio of 17 business units in 9 countries, supporting three distinct business lines and an annual turnover of approximately €50M. You will act as a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing insights that drive profitability, cash‑flow optimisation and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations for 17 business units across multiple jurisdictions, currencies and regulatory environments.
• Manage a geographically dispersed Finance & Accounting team of 10‑12 professionals.
• Ensure compliance with tax, banking, audit and corporate governance requirements in each country.
• Coordinate contract management, payment terms, guarantees, joint ventures and collections.
• Deliver business analysis and performance insights to support strategic decisions.
• Lead digital finance transformation initiatives, implementing ERP, Salesforce, Power Query, Power BI and other automation tools.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and reporting capabilities.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 15 years of finance and accounting management experience.
• At least 5 years of exposure to international taxation, external audit, transfer pricing, treasury and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑entity, multi‑currency reporting in an international group.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, audit processes and group reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and detail‑orientation skills.
