Finance Manager – Regional Finance Leadership

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the finance function for VINCI across 17 business units in nine Middle Eastern countries. This senior position combines regional financial leadership, operational influence and business partnering within a leading international engineering and construction group.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial activities across 17 business units and three distinct business lines (Freyssinet, Sixense, Nuvia).
• Manage complex project accounting, cash‑flow, contract management, guarantees, joint ventures and collections in the construction sector.
• Coordinate taxation, banking, compliance, audit and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead and develop a multicultural finance team of 10‑12 professionals dispersed across the region.
• Deliver financial analysis and performance insights to support management decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement through digitalisation, reporting automation and finance process enhancements.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 15 years of finance and accounting management experience, including at least 5 years of international taxation, external audit, transfer pricing, treasury and compliance exposure.
• Proven experience managing multi‑entity, multi‑currency and multi‑country reporting within an international group.
• Strong analytical, organisational and attention‑to‑detail skills; fluency in English (Arabic an advantage).
