Finance Manager (Remote, Dubai relocation)

About the role

Power Works Engineering is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis and reporting for its engineering projects. The position starts as a remote role with the possibility to relocate to Dubai, offering exposure to international nuclear power plant projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare regular financial reports and cash‑flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE corporate tax and VAT regulations.
• Manage banking relationships, payments and trade‑finance operations.
• Handle contract, shipment and customs documentation (SWB, CD, B/L, CI & PL).
• Coordinate with accounting, procurement, logistics and operations teams.
• Oversee company accounts and support project‑level financial management.

Required profile

• Strong Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance processes.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
