Finance Manager – Retail & Luxury Brand

About the role

Carter & White, a luxury fashion and lifestyle brand, is expanding across the GCC and internationally. The Finance Manager will lead financial reporting, cash‑flow planning, controls and performance analysis for the group’s entities and stores.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close, produce accurate trial balances, reconciliations and management accounts.
• Prepare consolidated and entity‑level financial reports with performance analysis against budget and prior periods.
• Own the annual budget, rolling forecasts and weekly/monthly cash‑flow projections, presenting insights to the CEO and senior management.
• Coordinate statutory audits and ensure reporting deadlines across jurisdictions.
• Produce store‑level profit and loss reports, analyse performance by market, store, channel and product category, and recommend actions.
• Maintain reliable rolling cash‑flow forecasts, manage liquidity, oversee accounts payable/receivable and strengthen point‑of‑sale controls.
• Oversee inventory accounting, stock‑count controls, product costing and analyse product margins.
• Ensure tax, VAT and financial compliance, improve ERP processes and lead the finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred.
• 8–10 years of finance experience, including managing a finance function or team.
• Strong background in multi‑store retail, preferably fashion, luxury or consumer goods.
• Experience with multi‑entity, cross‑border operations, intercompany accounting and foreign currencies.
• Excellent attention to detail, commercial judgment and ability to challenge assumptions.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
