Finance Manager – Site Finance Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function for our Abu Dhabi site. Reporting directly to the Site General Manager, you will partner with senior leaders to drive financial performance, ensure robust controls, and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Execute financial plans, including cost‑reduction and cash‑management initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain a strong internal‑control environment and ensure compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) and provide accurate forecasts.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly reporting for regional finance, corporate, JV partners, and external parties, adhering to GAAP and corporate accounting policies.
• Oversee annual statutory reporting, tax compliance, and both internal and external financial audits.
• Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring performance against targets.

Required profile

• Proven finance professional with several years of experience in a senior or managerial role.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence decision‑making.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working in a multinational aerospace or defense environment is preferred.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of GAAP accounting standards.
• Familiarity with Sarbanes‑Oxley internal‑control requirements.
