Finance Manager – Strategic Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Manager acts as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and compliance. The role drives financial performance, safeguards assets, and supports growth through robust planning and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long‑range financial plans and cash‑flow management across all business units and properties.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Establish and oversee financial KPIs, profitability analysis and performance measurement frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, UAE Corporate Tax and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, risk‑management processes and audit readiness.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP optimisation, process automation and system integration (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
• Oversee general ledger, accounts receivable, revenue accounting, treasury operations and statutory reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA or CMA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance.
