Finance Manager (UAE National) – Dubai

About the role

We are partnering with a premier organization in Dubai that seeks a Finance Manager to join their growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced finance professional with a strong accounting background who is ready to take on a key role within an established and dynamic organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting activities, ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, forecasts and cash flow; identify variances and provide clear analysis to support business decisions while maintaining strong internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Partner with senior management and other departments, providing financial insight, assisting with budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning, and coordinating audit processes with internal and external auditors.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably as a Finance Manager or senior accountant, with a strong accounting background and hands‑on financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is advantageous.
• Experience in real estate, property development or related sectors is highly desirable, along with thorough knowledge of IFRS and excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
