Finance Mentor – Remote, Flexible

About the role

Wall Street Oasis is expanding its Mentorship Program and seeks experienced finance professionals to join as mentors. This remote, flexible role allows you to share your expertise with students and early‑career talent, helping them navigate competitive finance careers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one coaching sessions, including mock interviews, resume reviews, and career guidance.
• Optionally lead small cohort groups through structured preparation for investment banking and private equity recruiting cycles.
• Contribute to the improvement of mentorship content, such as financial modeling resources and interview preparation materials.
• Offer actionable feedback and real‑world insights to support mentees’ professional development.

Required profile

• Current or former professionals at the associate level or above in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, asset management, equity research, quant finance, corporate development, real‑estate finance, or top‑tier consulting.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to provide thoughtful, consistent advice.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of finance industry practices and recruitment processes.
