Finance Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Operations Lead to own cash flow, treasury and payment infrastructure across multiple entities, currencies and high‑volume revenue streams. You will streamline manual processes, build automated systems and provide real‑time visibility for the founding team.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily cash cycle across all entities, managing USD revenue flow into UAE accounts and GBP/AED corporate cards for Meta ad spend.
• Lead migration from Pleo/UK setup to Qashio (UAE‑native) and evaluate virtual card platforms for automated spend.
• Audit manual processes, create SOPs, automate recurring tasks and ensure compliance.
• Manage external bookkeeping partner (Emifast) on Xero, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Deliver a concise weekly cash and P&L snapshot for leadership.

Required profile

• 7+ years in finance operations, treasury or senior finance roles with high transaction volume.
• Experience handling multi‑currency, multi‑entity environments.
• Proven track record building systems and automations rather than relying on spreadsheets.
• Self‑starter who flags issues before they become escalations.
