Finance Operations Manager, Deals

About the role

PwC Middle East is seeking a Finance Operations Manager for its Deals practice. You will join a team that provides financial oversight and operational support across complex transactions, helping partners and business units deliver value throughout the deal lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and report project revenue versus budget across territories for each Partner and Business Unit.
• Maintain billing, provisions, and adjustments in line with contracts and policies.
• Reconcile backlog records and produce monthly finance reports.
• Provide strategic support for practice financials and account management in collaboration with BU leadership.
• Monitor BU performance, flag backlogs and potential impacts, and liaise with regional and global teams.
• Prepare and deliver KPIs, reports, and insights for leadership decisions.
• Set up new engagements and maintain contracts using iPower CRM and finance systems.
• Plan and coordinate quarterly business reviews and team meetings, handling logistics and reporting.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a professional services firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across regions.
