Finance Reconciliation & Reporting Associate

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented finance professional to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on financial reconciliation, settlement reporting, audit support, and process improvement, turning transaction data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile payment gateway, bank settlement, and multi‑currency transaction data; prepare and validate settlement accuracy and TPV/GMV metrics.
• Reconcile banking, vendor, and commission‑related costs; prepare audit schedules, support internal and external auditors, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end reconciliations, prepare margin breakdowns, profitability reports, and support financial statement preparation.
• Maintain accurate financial records, enforce internal controls, and drive process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Support forecasting, financial modelling, planning, reporting automation, and dashboard development to provide actionable financial insights.
• Collaborate with treasury, operations, product, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure coordination and accountability.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in financial reconciliation, reporting, or a similar role, preferably in financial services, fintech, or AI‑driven businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; ACCA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting frameworks, financial statement analysis, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and detail‑orientation skills with ability to meet multiple deadlines.
