Finance Specialist – Global Treasury, Trade & Tokenization (GTx)

About the role

The GTx Business Finance function supports the Global Treasury, Trade & Tokenization business across the UAE and international locations. The role drives financial governance, performance analysis, budgeting, and strategic reporting while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily P&L and balance sheet for GTx, investigate variances and flag material issues for remediation.
• Maintain and test financial controls, coordinate with GFC and ensure SOPs are documented and approved.
• Support Capex and benefit analysis for GTx projects, maintain a repository of approved BRDs, and produce YoY spending reports.
• Develop exception and performance reports in collaboration with FP&A and Financial Reporting, ensuring data integrity.
• Liaise with Trade Risk and CAD teams to accrue risk payouts and support CRWA calculations.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as a business bachelor’s degree.
• Self‑starter with experience in financial and performance analysis.
• Strong presentation abilities and proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools.
• Good knowledge of banking products, finance, strategic planning and key economic indicators.
