Finance Specialist – Global Treasury, Trade & Tokenization

About the role

The GTx Business Finance function handles all finance matters for the Global Treasury, Trade & Tokenization business, covering performance, control, forecasting, budgeting and strategy. This specialist will support the implementation of a strong financial governance framework across the UAE and international locations and act as a trusted advisor on business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily GTx P&L and balance sheet, investigate variances and flag material issues for remediation.
• Maintain and test financial controls, coordinate with GFC, and keep SOPs up‑to‑date.
• Support Capex and P/L benefit analysis, maintain a repository of approved BRDs and challenge business on benefit accruals.
• Develop and monitor exception reports, ensure integrity of financial and management reporting, and assist with ECL & RWA analytics.
• Collaborate with risk and CAD teams to ensure accurate risk participation payouts and CRWA calculations.

Required profile

• Business bachelor’s degree; professional qualifications are a plus.
• Self‑starter with experience in financial and performance analysis.
• Strong presentation abilities and proficiency with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of finance, strategic planning, banking and financial markets.
