Finance Supervisor – Hotel Finance

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Finance Supervisor to join the newly opened Radisson Hotel Fujairah. The role will lead the accounting function, ensure financial accuracy, and support the hotel’s growth while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations and maintain robust financial process controls.
• Develop and implement business strategies, monitor performance, and report results to support strategic decisions.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of growth and high performance.
• Manage the hotel budget, profit & loss statements, and ensure all accounting disciplines are audited and compliant.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, local legislation, and best‑practice accounting standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting within hospitality or a related sector.
• Strong supervisory and managerial abilities with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
