Finance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially‑minded Finance Supervisor to lead financial management and reporting for the MENA Group. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will turn financial data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, budgets and overall financial performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and annual financial planning processes.
• Prepare budget‑vs‑actual analysis, highlight key variances and develop management dashboards.
• Provide financial analysis and modelling to support investment and business decisions.
• Maintain cash flow, working capital and financial position monitoring.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors and external consultants.
• Ensure robust financial controls and processes across the Group.
• Consolidate and analyse financial information from multiple entities.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and advise senior management.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of finance experience, preferably with supervisory or senior accounting responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret business drivers.
• Experience working with multiple entities; UAE/MENA exposure is a plus.
• Background in technology, digital, software, AI or startup environments is advantageous.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or equivalent is a plus.
