About the role

The Finance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, maintaining cash and cash equivalents, and supporting the finance team in day‑to‑day operations. This role involves close collaboration with other departments to uphold company policies and financial standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
  • Organise, secure and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents.
  • Record, store, access and analyse computerized financial information.
  • Classify, code and summarise numerical and financial data using journals, ledgers or computers.
  • Prepare, maintain, audit and distribute financial, accounting and payroll reports.
  • Complete period‑end closing procedures and reports.
  • Prepare, review, reconcile and issue bills, invoices and account statements.
  • Follow‑up on past‑due accounts and vendor invoices until resolved.
  • Coordinate tasks with other departments and act as a role model or mentor.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related finance or accounting experience.
