Finance Trainee – Dubai (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Trainee for recently Dubai‑based graduated students. The Finance Trainee will support the accounts team in our newly renovated Dubai Media City, Arenco Tower office. The candidate must be able to report to the office Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm. No experience is required but a university degree in Accountancy or Finance is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Assist accountants in their daily duties.
• Perform research, filing, data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, invoices and other documents.
• Work with multiple bookkeeping software.
• Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Learn to compile and analyse data as part of the accounting team.
• Take on additional tasks or projects to deepen accounting and office‑operations knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working with multinational teams.
• Excellent organisational abilities and strict adherence to deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• UAE passport and family book.
