Financial Accountant & Analyst

About the role

SK Cosmetics is a Dubai-headquartered beauty company operating across the GCC and Middle East, and the exclusive Middle East distributor of Cathy Doll and owner of the Skin Load brand. It is looking for a full-time, on-site Financial Accountant & Analyst in Dubai who reports directly to the Founder & CEO and owns the company's finances end to end.

Key responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation of bank accounts, payment gateways, Amazon settlements and corporate card spend
• Channel accounting across ecommerce, POS and B2B, including invoicing and credit control
• Inventory, landed cost and COGS on imported products
• VAT and Corporate Tax preparation in coordination with the external tax agent
• Monthly close and a monthly management pack covering P&L by brand and channel, a rolling cash-flow forecast, margin analysis and pricing support for B2B

Required profile

• 4-7 years of UAE accounting experience in ecommerce, retail, distribution or trading
• CMA or ACCA, qualified or at final stage
• Proven experience building cash-flow forecasts, channel or product P&Ls and margin models
• Practical knowledge of UAE VAT returns and Corporate Tax requirements
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting, landed cost and COGS for imported goods
• Experience with ecommerce payment flows (Shopify Payments, BNPL providers, Amazon settlements) preferred
• Able to explain financial results clearly to a non-finance leadership team

Required skills

• Hands-on Odoo (Accounting, Inventory, POS) - required
• Advanced Excel
• Power BI or similar reporting tools a plus
