Financial Analyst – ADM Management & Corporate Affairs

About the role

The Financial Analyst will maintain and update the Authority Delegation Manual (ADM) across all groups and overseas locations, supporting business units in ADM governance and system configuration. The role also drives automation and process simplification while upholding the bank's values and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Group and Overseas Locations Authority Delegation Manual and related system configurations.
• Configure the iProcurement system to reflect ADM changes and support business groups.
• Prepare MIS reports, safeguard original sign‑off documents, and ensure timely ADM repository updates.
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend consistent ADM alignment across business units.
• Apply knowledge of bank‑level authority manuals, SOPs, and Risk Control Self‑Assessment (RCSA).

Required profile

• Graduate with at least 3 years of relevant system experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and good presentation and communication skills.
• Professional integrity, teamwork, punctuality and willingness to take responsibility.
