Financial Analyst – Middle East (Dubai/Sharjah)

About the role

WSP Middle East is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its finance team in Dubai/Sharjah. You will work closely with the Financial Consolidation Manager and the broader finance function to support business performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate monthly management reports, analysing performance by business unit, country and entity.
• Identify key performance drivers, risks and opportunities for the business.
• Analyse major projects and KPI metrics for management and quarterly business packs.
• Support budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Assist with balance‑sheet reviews, internal controls, governance and audit activities.
• Implement tools and strategies to turn raw data into actionable business insights.

Required profile

• CFA, CPA or CA qualification.
• 3‑4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably within professional services, consulting or engineering.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis concepts and reporting.
• Excellent communication and report‑writing abilities.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
