Financial Analyst – Remote (UAE)

About the role

Next Match AI LLC is looking for a forward‑thinking Financial Analyst to join its global finance team. Working remotely from anywhere in the UAE, you will turn complex transactional data into strategic insights that drive the growth of our AI‑driven recruitment and digital identity verification platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and refine rolling 12‑month cash‑flow and revenue models for a B2B SaaS platform.
• Track and report core SaaS metrics such as MRR, CAC and LTV.
• Analyze multi‑currency subscription flows and payout structures to ensure efficient cross‑border reconciliation.
• Produce monthly financial dossiers and variance reports to support executive decision‑making and capital allocation.
• Partner with internal teams to evaluate commercial scaling, unit economics of cloud infrastructure and HR API integrations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Financial Analyst, Corporate Accountant or similar corporate finance role in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, IFRS standards and multi‑currency reconciliations.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Required skills

• Expert‑level Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling, macros, financial functions).
• Familiarity with cloud accounting systems such as Xero or QuickBooks.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
