Financial Controller – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

A company in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function of its manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for finance professionals with a strong background in industrial manufacturing, factory operations, and strategic financial leadership. The successful candidate will oversee end‑to‑end financial management for an industrial plant, support key business decisions, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and travel frequently as required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete financial management of manufacturing and factory operations.
• Prepare and oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Support strategic business decisions through financial insights and performance evaluation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with senior management.
• Monitor financial controls, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze plant performance and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
• Travel frequently to support business operations and financial activities.

Required profile

• ACC​A, ACA, CPA, or CMA qualification is mandatory.
• Mandatory experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end financial operations of an industrial plant.
• Strong understanding of factory operations and manufacturing finance.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and influencing strategic business decisions.
