Financial Crime Compliance Governance Manager

About the role

Revolut’s Financial Crime team combines regulatory expertise with data‑driven analysis to keep our products safe and compliant. As a Financial Crime Compliance Governance Manager you will lead the governance framework that monitors, measures and mitigates financial crime risk across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the production of standard annual EWRA (Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment) reports and ad‑hoc assessments triggered by material risk changes.
• Compile and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to calculate inherent risk, control effectiveness and residual risk ratings.
• Identify core inherent risk categories and evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls across product and non‑product lines.
• Oversee the daily EWRA dashboard to provide a continuous view of risk and control assessments.
• Assign clear action plans and timelines for control enhancements, tracking findings to implementation.
• Review and update the EWRA methodology annually to reflect evolving financial crime risks.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in risk assessment or compliance governance.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, digital environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
