Key responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance with local and international standards.
• Support property acquisition, leasing, and investment decisions with financial analysis.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop financial strategies aligned with business growth and market trends.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in finance leadership within the real estate or property management sector.
• CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Based in the UAE.
