Financial Due Diligence Consultant – Manufacturing Sector

About the role

This is a contract, project‑based engagement focused on financial due diligence for manufacturing and heavy‑industrial clients. The consultant will be deployed immediately in Dubai to deliver a high‑priority assignment and then move onto a rolling pipeline of similar projects as the client portfolio expands.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end buy‑side or sell‑side financial due diligence for manufacturing targets, delivering immediate financial diagnostics.
• Perform Quality of Earnings analysis, normalising EBITDA, identifying one‑off items, unrecorded liabilities, inventory write‑offs and overhead variances.
• Assess working capital and net‑debt positions, modelling seasonality and industrial supply‑chain dynamics.
• Review capital‑expenditure pipelines, plant utilisation, depreciation methods and scrap value to isolate true earnings capacity.
• Produce presentation‑ready FDD reports, slide‑packs and analytical bridges for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of dedicated financial due diligence or transaction advisory experience, preferably within a Big 4 Transaction Advisory Services division.
• Proven track record on manufacturing, supply‑chain heavy or large‑scale processing transactions.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA or CFA is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to build data‑driven financial models using modern analytical tools.
• Immediate availability to start the first assignment in Dubai.
