Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate, Transaction Services

About the role

This position is open to UAE nationals only. As a Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate in PwC’s Transaction Services team, you will support clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investments by delivering rigorous financial analysis and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis on historical and forecast performance, working capital and cash flows.
• Identify key deal issues, risks and value drivers.
• Prepare high‑quality report sections and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with tax, legal and other advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage day‑to‑day engagement tasks and ensure timely delivery of workstreams.
• Build strong client relationships and uphold professional standards.
• Contribute to business development through research and proposal support.
• Coach junior team members and share technical knowledge.
• Drive quality and efficiency in engagement delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in financial due diligence or related financial analysis roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and transaction services.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Proactive attitude towards business development and team collaboration.
