Financial Due Diligence – Senior (Emirati Nationals)

About the role

Join EY's Transaction Diligence team in Dubai, working on due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate buyers across the MENA region. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to multiple sectors and opportunities for travel.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in due diligence for private equity and corporate buyers, analyzing financial and operational results of target companies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and share responsibilities.
• Keep senior members updated on progress and findings.
• Assist in researching technical accounting issues and evaluating their impact on transaction valuation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with due‑diligence or strong audit exposure.
• Ability to analyze financial and non‑financial information to form conclusions.
• Strong analytical, presentation and report‑writing abilities.
