Financial Model Audit Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced model audit professional who is passionate about financial modelling and driven by growth. You will join a team of modelling experts to analyse and review complex financial models, ensuring they are robust, reliable and commercially sound.

Key responsibilities

• Lead model audit assignments, verifying arithmetic and commercial correctness using software checks and parallel model development.
• Review commercial documentation and ensure its accurate reflection in the financial model.
• Prepare comprehensive model documentation covering assumptions, methodologies and results.
• Train, motivate and manage junior team members on audit assignments.
• Support client pitches, contribute to client calls and help build relationships.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in a financial role within a recognised advisory practice or large corporate setting.
• Strong appreciation of accounting concepts; an accounting qualification is a plus.
• Solid understanding of project finance concepts and analytical skills.
• Degree in a numerate discipline; postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance is beneficial.
