Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager leads the finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, robust compliance, and strategic financial insight to support the company’s growth and shareholder value.

Key responsibilities

• Define finance team KPIs, develop development plans, and monitor performance.
• Maintain accurate books, ensure IFRS and COSO compliance, and oversee VAT, corporate tax, ESG/ESR, and transfer pricing compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting; analyse variances and drive initiatives to preserve shareholder value.
• Manage treasury activities, including credit lines, debt structure, working‑capital optimisation, and covenant monitoring.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, procurement, inventory, and fixed‑asset processes.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders on cost management, system optimisation, and strategic projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance leadership, FP&A, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong business acumen, ethical standards and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
