Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

Aldar Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Finance Planning & Analysis Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting across its diverse hospitality portfolio. You will provide an independent, forward‑looking view of financial results, challenge assumptions and translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and the Board.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the annual budget, rolling forecast and five‑year planning processes in partnership with the Corporate Director of Finance.
• Review and challenge property forecasts for revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, payroll, operating costs and CAPEX.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Lead monthly financial performance reviews, identify variance drivers and recommend actions to improve EBITDA and cash flow.
• Prepare concise monthly performance reports for Executive Management and craft the financial narrative for Board and Group reporting.
• Partner with Asset Management, hotel operators and finance directors to provide independent financial challenge and support business cases.
• Monitor maintenance, FF&E and project CAPEX against approved budgets and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Drive FP&A transformation through AI, automation and advanced analytics to enhance speed, accuracy and value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FP&A within the hospitality or related industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities.
• Track record of leading budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting at a senior level.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information to executives and board members.
• Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve finance processes is a plus.
