Financial Reporting Transformation Lead

About the role

Transmed Group is undertaking a 12‑18 month transformation of its financial reporting ecosystem across more than 100 entities. Reporting to the Group Finance Controller and working closely with the Group CFO, you will own the end‑to‑end implementation of a new consolidation, budgeting and reporting platform, redesign the Group chart of accounts and lead IFRS 18 adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and go‑live the new consolidation, budgeting and reporting platform.
• Redesign the unified Group chart of accounts and establish a data‑governance model.
• Lead IFRS 18 adoption, including new presentation, performance‑measure disclosures and statutory reporting.
• Govern the implementation partner, ensuring scope, quality and delivery standards.
• Support holding‑company accounting, group audit activities and tax governance.
• Drive change management and workshop facilitation across all Group entities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of finance experience with at least 6 years in financial audit or advisory (Big 4 preferred).
• Hands‑on expertise in IFRS reporting, especially IFRS 18.
• Proven experience in multi‑entity, multi‑country finance environments.
• Strong understanding of finance operating models, statutory reporting and external audit coordination.
• Demonstrated program or PMO leadership, capable of running a full transformation program.
