Fine Dining Server – Luxury 5‑Star Hotel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server to join a luxury 5‑star hotel partner in Andorra. The role involves delivering impeccable table service to a sophisticated clientele while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide table service following international fine‑dining protocols.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the menu, wine list and pairing options.
• Ensure the dining area meets aesthetic and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive, personalized service.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to guarantee seamless service flow.

Required profile

• Native or professional Spanish (mandatory) and intermediate to advanced English.
• 2–6+ years of experience in high‑end F&B, preferably in a luxury 5‑star hotel.
• Valid passport and clear criminal record.
• High energy, professional grooming and a guest‑first mindset.
• Ability to meet all legal hiring requirements for Andorra.

• Fixed‑term 6‑month contract starting mid‑May, with potential extension.
• Salary of €1,500 gross per month (low employee tax, approx. 6%).
• Individual room accommodation for €100 per month.
• One meal per day included.
