Fit-out Project Engineer – Luxury Villas (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Fit-out Project Engineer will support the Project Manager in delivering high‑end luxury villa fit‑out projects across the UAE. The role focuses on ensuring that all joinery, finishing and MEP works are executed to design intent, quality standards, and agreed timelines while maintaining a safe site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager from concept through handover for luxury villa fit‑out projects.
• Review drawings, specifications and BOQs to confirm technical accuracy.
• Supervise on‑site joinery, finishing and MEP installation, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to achieve timely progress.
• Monitor daily site activities, update schedules and prepare progress reports.
• Verify material deliveries and confirm correct installation.
• Conduct inspections, support snagging and facilitate handover procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and local authority regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 8 years of fit‑out engineering experience on luxury villa or high‑end interior projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination and finishing materials.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
