Fit-Out Site Foreman

About the role

Royal Joinery is seeking an experienced Fit‑Out Site Foreman to lead on high‑profile projects in Dubai. You will coordinate the site team, subcontractors and clients to ensure successful delivery of joinery and interior fit‑out works.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager and manage communications between all parties.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, supervising labour and subcontractors.
• Ensure the site complies with health, safety and security guidelines.
• Control quality of work performed on‑site and prepare project schedules.
• Act as the main technical advisor, solving issues as they arise.
• Monitor quantity, quality and release of materials from suppliers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of site surveys.
• Handle MEP, civil, joinery and interior fit‑out projects for villas or high‑rise buildings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with raw materials used in joinery and fit‑out works.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
