Fitness Instructor – 5★ Hotel (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Deliver professional one‑to‑one and group fitness sessions for hotel guests and members, including gym instruction, functional training, stretching, mobility, and other fitness activities tailored to individual needs and fitness levels. Provide exceptional 5‑star guest service, proactively engaging with guests, understanding their wellness goals, and creating a welcoming and motivating fitness environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional one‑to‑one and group fitness sessions for hotel guests and members.
• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized exercise programs.
• Monitor guest progress, demonstrate correct techniques, and ensure safety.
• Maintain the fitness centre, equipment, and training areas to luxury hotel standards while adhering to health, safety, hygiene, emergency, and hotel operating procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, or similar role.
• Experience within a 5‑star hotel, luxury resort, premium fitness club, or high‑end wellness facility is strongly preferred.
• Recognised Fitness/Personal Training certification from an accredited organisation.
• Additional certifications in group exercise, yoga, Pilates, swimming, or first aid/CPR are an advantage.
• Excellent English communication and guest‑service skills with a professional presentation and ability to interact comfortably with an international luxury clientele.
