Fitness Instructor – 5★ Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Fitness Instructor to join the wellness team of a 5‑star luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver personalized and group fitness sessions to hotel guests and members, ensuring a high‑standard, motivating environment that aligns with the hotel’s premium service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one and group fitness sessions, including gym instruction, functional training, stretching and mobility.
• Conduct fitness assessments, design personalized exercise programmes and monitor guest progress.
• Demonstrate correct techniques and ensure safety and professionalism in all activities.
• Provide 5‑star guest service by engaging with guests, understanding their wellness goals and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain the fitness centre, equipment and training areas to luxury hotel standards, adhering to health, safety and hygiene procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer or similar role, preferably in a 5‑star hotel or luxury wellness facility.
• Recognised fitness/personal training certification from an accredited organisation.
• Strong knowledge of fitness assessment, exercise programming, strength and conditioning, functional training, stretching, mobility and safe equipment use.
• Excellent English communication skills and a professional, confident presentation suitable for an international luxury clientele.
