Fitness Instructor – Anantara Mina Al Arab Resort

About the role

The Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a motivated Fitness Instructor to lead personal training sessions and group fitness classes for guests and members. You will help create a vibrant, safe, and welcoming environment that reflects the resort’s luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized personal‑training sessions to guests and members.
• Conduct daily group classes such as HIIT, stretching, boot‑camp, and boxing, both free and chargeable.
• Organise monthly fitness and wellness events, including special themed sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all fitness equipment and the recreation centre.
• Assist in other recreation areas as needed and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor participation numbers and collect guest feedback to improve program quality.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and fitness with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a resort team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to safety protocols.

Required skills

• Certified personal trainer qualification.
• Experience leading group fitness classes (HIIT, boot‑camp, boxing, stretching).
• Knowledge of equipment cleaning and sanitisation procedures.
