Fitness Instructor

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Fitness Instructor to join our club in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on creating a welcoming environment, guiding members through workouts, and maintaining high safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional fitness guidance and support on the gym floor.
• Conduct equipment orientations, fitness inductions and basic fitness assessments.
• Offer exercise advice, motivation and goal‑setting assistance to members.
• Maintain clean, safe and fully operational gym equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster positive member relationships.
• Assist with promoting club programs, services and membership initiatives.
• Complete administrative tasks, operational checks and participate in team meetings and training.
