Fitness Instructor

About the role

Join AccorHotel in Dubai as a Fitness Instructor, delivering high‑quality fitness experiences to hotel guests while upholding safety and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all dealings with guests at the fitness areas meet or exceed resort operating standards.
• Prioritise the health and safety of guests and employees at all times.
• Coordinate and facilitate sports and recreational activities.
• Interact with guests in a friendly manner, promoting the benefits of physical activity and healthy living.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute special events, themed fitness programs, or wellness initiatives.
• Contribute ideas for new attractions or experiences that promote physical activity and guest engagement.
• Maintain proper inventories of all operating equipment in line with audit standards.
• Ensure the department follows safety protocols and maintains confidentiality for all guests and colleagues.
• Keep all fitness/gym equipment in good working condition.
• Inspect, maintain, and sanitize fitness equipment, sports gear, and activity areas to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety.

Required profile

• Internationally recognized personal training certification.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a passion for promoting health and wellness.
• Ability to engage and motivate guests of all ages through dynamic instruction and positive reinforcement.
